Head Instructor
Sensei Michael Edfors has studied the martial arts since the age of
thirteen (1988).He started his training with Sensei Machamer in
Isshinryu Karate and attained the rank of Sho-dan in 1999. In 2008 he
was awarded the rank of Go-Dan (5th Degree Black-belt ) in Isshinryu
Karate. He has also made serious study of The arts of Kung Fu, Chi
Kung and dabbled in Aikido and Jui-Jitsu. Sensei Michael has made the
martial arts an integral part of his life and has practiced with many
great martial artists.
